We sincerely wish we could have the same refund policies as many marketplaces, but unfortunately it wouldn't be sustainable for us to do so (due to Stripe's refund fees).

Therefore, we have a 30 day refund policy, where you get your refund minus the stripe fee (2.9% + 30c).

If you want a refund, just reach out. Granted, I will try to convince you to stay by showing you the value of the app in a way you probably hadn't noticed. However, we won't ever gate your money. If we don't meet your expectations, we will send it all back.

   We have been making updates extremely fast, so we might be able to implement your use case within 24 - 48 hrs if it fits within our vision for the app.
